The cord on our blinds busted and we could not find a replacement at any hardware store nearby. Luckily, we were able to find this product and not only does it work like a charm, it’s actually sturdy enough to withstand the constant pulling for the blinds so it was even better than what this product came with originally.

Wish whenever you bought this type of shade it included metal pull chains. The plastic ones are cheap and break easily. Great functionality, smooth usage.

Product is advertised as stainless steel. It is not!!!! Do not feel like returning. Hoping that it does not rust.

I tried to cut it to make 2 chains since it cam with a connector. The connector is so big and thick that it doesn't go inside the gear. So i should've use it in one piece.

Ottimo prodotto, peccato solo che per la mia tenda a caduta risulta corta e con I gancio che unisce la catena il rullo nella tenda si blocca e non gira più, dovrò prenderla più lunga in modo che il gancio rimanga fuori
