This was my second time purchasing this cord. The cord is compatible for my children's school Chomebook(s). My daughter misplaced her last year, which was when I purchased one initially, and my son misplaced his most recently, so I purchased another. As both kids need their own cords to charge their respective laptops either overnight or in class, having one for both was necessary. This cord was considerably less than re-placing it through the school. My daughter has stated she likes the charger and it works well, so I purchased the second on her recommendation. Neither have indicated any issues with charging, heat or plugs. My daughter has had hers for over a year and it has held up so far and they carried around in backpacks between multiple houses without incident.

I ordered this because the Apple and Apple-compatible chargers were becoming spotty with my MacBook. Everything had to be juuuuuust right for the device to charge and stay charging. (My refurbished, certified MacBook direct-from-Apple holds a charge for about 1.5 hours, so it’s important that when I’m charging it, it charges.)I started using an old Chromebook cord and had absolutely no problems with the charger and port and stars remaining aligned. I substitute teach, and I bought this charger to put in my subbing backpack. Now I’ve always got one handy! Bonus: I use the same backpack when I go out of town, so I don’t have to worry about forgetting a charger.Price: Extremely reasonable, especially considering the peace of mind I have.Cord length: Excellent. I can always find an outlet within cord’s length without creating a trip hazard.Durability: My old Chromebook charger is still going strong, and I have no doubt this one will last for years.Weight: Reasonable.I’m very pleased with the product and with the seller.

The charger is very effective and fast charging. Compatible with a ASUS and Hp chromebooks as well as phone with usb-c ports. The build is sturdy and charges without heating up. I will recommend this charger.

Got this charger for my Chomebook after my original one was broken by a friend in December. Worked fine for the first two months but the top of the plug and coating over the wires ended up separating and the wires started to break almost immediately. Put electrical tape over it but it didn't help. Eventually it finally stopped working. If you don't have to take it places and keep it stationary, it might last longer but if you move it around a lot, might break a bit easier.

It works really well, and I use it to charge my Chromebook for work all the time, the only problem is after a while it randomly will make my screen lag, and not work. The mouse will go haywire, but then fixes itself once I unplug the charger. Aside from that it works well, I just might by a different brand next time because of this problem.
