Set up was easy but the inflatable lid does not fit into the lid cover like other hot tubs. So when you take the "lids" off, you have two piece flopping and or blowing around. The pump design inside the tub is a nice space saver and it heated up quickly in 40* weather. The tub is really only a 4 person tub, each sitting in the 4 corners. I dont know where an additional 2 people would sit, unless its children on the lap of an adult. The tub is also a thicker material than most tubs, which was a pleasant surprise. I have kids so this is my 3rd tub purchase from a different vendor in 10 years lol. Overall, the tub is nice but a better lid design is needed.

Got this for my wife. She has been wanting one for a little bit. We as a family use it a lot. It holds the temperature well while in it a night. So far very happy.

We live in Kansas and the nights are becoming colder. With the insulated cover, it maintains a temperature of 104 degrees all night. Bubbles are awesome. The material is extremely durable and has excellent structure.
