I got this for a river fin to use when I SUP a shallow river. The bottom is mostly sandy so I'm not sure how it will stand up to rocks, but it endured some forceful impacts with the sand bottom without trouble. I ran it into a concrete ramp and it shows the scratches but no cracks or chips. It's flexible enough to have a little give but not sloppy and seems to track well. Love the bright orange color which makes it easy to find the right fin.

The fin itself works great and seems to be very well made. Don't make the same mistake I did. I didn't check to make sure my board was compatible with this fin. Luckily I was able to drill in a couple extra grooves into the fin slot to make the fin fit.

Had a 10" fin in rivers with trees in the shallow areas. Tracks okay - I think I had more control with the longer fin. Easy to install.

This seems like a great product, but it did not fit (as far as I can tell) the ROC or iRocker boards we have. Good shipping and looks like a sturdy fin. Would love one that fit my board.
