I’m used to a straight bar but decided to try this one after reading reviews. While I do like the grip and ease of curls, trying to quickly transition to overhead or rest on upper shoulders for squats is not as preferable to a standard shaped bar.

This is a very good curl bar, it’s has a great shape and it is solid metal. I use claps to hold the weights on which Amazon sells. The price is right too.Thank You

The spin lock collars do not stay tight and always become loose after each set. otherwise rod is strong and easy to grip.
