I love my Snowman Joy sign!! It was a little flimsy when we put it together but since taking it in the ground it’s holding up well!! Very beautiful in the dark!!!

QUALITY: Right out of the box, the Y letter did not have the piece used to attach the top of the standup frame. Very Very POOR quality control. The frame to support the O with the snowman on top, was bent so that it would not work until I had to muscle it back into shape.The letters are impossible to keep standing in the yard. Fortunately I'm a big-time Christmas decorator, and I had plenty of extra U shaped stabilizers to hammer into the yard all around the bottom of the flimsy frame. Very very cheaply made.LOOKS: If you can keep the letters standing after a MILD gust of wind, then it looks FABULIOUS. The LED strip lights around the letters are very bright and the colors of the letters are vivid.I bought an almost similar one 2 years ago from a retail store for about half this price, but it only worked for two seasons, then would not light again. Looks nearly identical to this, including the connections. I could not find one locally to replace it, and though that since this is over TWICE what I previously paid it would be much more substantial, but it looks to be the same poor quality.VENDOR SERVICE: I rigged up the Y letter by using a bunch of plastic tape (waterproof) to tape the skimpy metal frame to the top of the Y so it will stand up. Amazon says they are sending a replacement and I can return the defective one free of charge. So FOR 30 DAYS ONLY they will replace or refund your money, but after that it's yours like it or not. I did option to have it replaced, so I'll at least have the correct number of letters with complete frames. I just hope it doesn't stop lighting after 2 seasons like the similar one did last year.Unfortunately, I've looked all over for another sign like this and couldn't find one either locally or on line except this one on Amazon, and it does look bright and cheerful, but the quality isn't there for over a hundred bucks!

This looks really nice and is a great size but it’s a little on the pricier side. So far it functions as it should.

There is no joy in this poorly made chinese product that cant stand up. The metal hokes to hold stand kept coming out wasn't lined up when drilled hole. If it did work its not worth $109.99 plus tax. If I could i would give it 0 stars instead of 1 star.
