Upfront, this crate came exactly as described and was delivered on at my door in two days. The package was intact, and contents was secure. That’s the easy part. Assembly was simple. The instructions were clearly written in “English not our first languageâ€, but my 18 and 14 yo assembled it with no help in about 15-20 minutes with no arguing, confusion, or input needed from an “adultâ€. Huge bonus in this mom’s book. Put together, the color is true black paint, moves easily on the roller wheels for movement and cleaning underneath and functions as you would expect. The crate is sturdy and provides not only a crate for the pups, but a jungle gym for the cats to “trapeze†over, and a toss all for the kids. The tray is handy but we’ve not needed it. I could see if you had a young pup or water that spilled , I think it would contain everything well. We have two large growing pups that we take everywhere, but there are times they simply can’t go. This is large and tall enough that each of them has plenty of room to stand and sit up right (for now). The double locking mechanism is nice to make sure they’re secure. I did purchase a bed for them (our boys are spoiled) that I found on Amazon that fits perfectly. The boys willing go into the crate when asked. I’m very satisfied with this purchase and will likely purchase another when they can no longer “kennel†together.

My dog, Anakin (60 ibs) loves this cage! It’s like his second home. Very cozy and sturdy. Fits perfectly in our bedroom.

This crate looks like it will hold up I like the option to open from the top. It took an abnormally long time to deliver but they did offer to refund during the wait as we thought it was lost. It eventually came and my dog loves it. So goal accomplished

You advertise this kennel as heavy duty and literally within 3 days of being set up it has been destroyed. The material is flimsy and hollow metal that is easily bent and picked at. Not happy at all

My dog was an escape artist when it came to other kennels. When I say this kennel is heavy duty I'm not lying. The tray in the bottom that is removable is amazing due to my dogs excessive slobber easy to clean. Wheels on the bottom are nice to easily move with one person. My dog is large breed between husky and Great Pyrenees she is big and it works perfect for her.

Our pet nickname is Destructo. Toys last 3 minutes.lRwgular crate was chewed and bent to the point it was no longer safe. This crate was a GREAT CHOICE.its been a few months and she has accepted its not chewable.she is safe.
