I purchased this for a smaller space and wanted, if possible, a more realistic looking flame. The multiple flame colors aren't impressive for me, but I'm amazed at how realistic the flame looks. I love it.

Totally cool fire place. Love all the functions and colors and display BUT I don’t like it doesn’t really warm up anything and it run up my light bill crazy high we keep it off now. It looks like it has three sections were heat comes out of but it doesn’t only one in the middle but it never warmed up my living area. I would return it but I made the whole in my wall for this size

It takes time to put together, and it takes two people to install on the wall. And logs came broken and turn to put glass stones in is a little bit of a challenge. But it is worth it.

I bought this unit to replace the fireplace that quit working in my fifth wheel. It arrived on time and before I installed it I tested it and found that the fireplace would shutdown/turn off 90 seconds after Hi temp mode was selected. Everything else works fine and I just saw where this a known issue which other customers have experienced. The other thing I personally don’t like is the loud and annoying beep the unit makes when turning it on/off and all other selections.

This is a nice addition to our bedroom and was easy to set up. Would be better if the measurements were not in decimal form fractions of an inch is easier for most people. The colors that are displayed are fantastic and you have a great deal of them to choose from.
