The lil itself is great, however, the adapters that came with it are the same and do not fit a standard self sealing can tap. Which isn’t a big deal as far as cost goes, $12 on Amazon to get taps that will work, but when you’ve spent all day rebuilding A/C system, in 121F fells like temp, vacuum it down, and attempt to fill, realizing the adapters don’t work…..it sucks!The manufacturer should know the market they are attempting to sell to and provide correct taps. At the very least state what types of taps are required.

I hooked it up and ran the pump for about 10 minuets and then it stoppedit is getting power but the motor isn't working.I just got around to using this pump and that is what happen.I tried to message P PBAUTOS but it said Amazon has to deal with it?

This a great value kit with 4CFM vacuum pump and 4 way manifold gauge. I work on central HVAC units, Refrigerators and Car A/C systems. This works for all my jobs. Comes with various fittings and adapters that work with R134 and R404 and R22 which I use the most. The vacuum pump pulls a good vacuum and seems pretty efficient. Manifold gauges are easy to read. and has smooth knobs.

I gave 3 stars for easy-to-use because the refrigerant can tap was difficult to use and would not puncture cans.The pump worked well but most of oil leaked out in transit (oily inner boxes and plastic wrap. I couldn't use until I purchased pump oil. After viewing a youtube video, I learned how to use 4 hoses and actually like 4 better than 3. The instructions accompanying the pump and hoses do not provide enough information for beginners like me.

This valve doesn't have a purge release valve in the refrigerant Line to release the air before filling. Like in the pictures.

This vacuum Pump & 4 Way Manifold Gauge set seems to be a little cheaper as far as the quality of the materials is concerned, but ultimately it works and the price isn’t that bad. I do like the fact that it comes with its own its own case. The price isn’t too bad currently with a 6% discount, but it could be a little better compared to others of similar value. Overall, I give it 4 stars.
