This filing cabinet is higher quality than we expected it to be. The laminate is thick and heavy and made for a great piece of home office furniture. The instructions were very clear and, while time consuming to put together, was very easy to assemble.There was nothing missing from the package, and the file cabinet was not damaged in any way when we received it.I had a couple of questions for the vendor after the sale and they were also extremely helpful and very responsive to customer service.

Looks nice. Caution, In the bottom wide drawer- the holes for the metal rod that holds the hanging file folders was mis aligned and I had to drill the holes. There's a lot of pieces to assemble.

It is better than what I expected. There are definitely a lot of pieces, so it took a while to put together. The cabinet is perfect for what I was looking for. Be aware that the bottom drawer cannot hold letter size hanging file folders on both sides. You can put letter size on one side of the drawer and legal on the other side.

I work from home and have been trying to adjust how I do my files. I wanted this sort of look to match a similar piece I bought from a better manufacturer. It does that, but it is cheap. The drawer glides get stuck. The rods that are supposed to hold the hanging file folders for the bottom drawer are completely useless. I needed them to hold 2 sets of the 11.5" hanging file folders side-by-side, but they are not set up to do that. Furthermore, the rod for the right side just kept falling down. I am ending up just using the bottom drawer more for storage than the files that I bought it for in the first place.
