Reading some of the reviews, I was skeptical about what level of quality I would receive with this piece of furniture. However, I was pleased to discover that, although it is mostly pressed wood with laminate, it isn't cheaply made as a lot of other types are. The laminate is thicker than most I have seen, and it is beautiful when assembled. I really like the fact that the backing isn't just tacked on cardboard, but actual wood pieces. That adds stability and is a nice look. Here are the take aways:Ease of assembly- not too difficult, but will take a couple of hours. Instructions can sometimes be hard to figure out, but mostly pretty easy. Everything is numbered. Will take 2 people to assemble, unless you are super handy and strong. This piece weighs about 100lbsQuality- is it Ethan Allen Quality, No. It is a very nice, and nice looking piece. Already getting lots of compliments. It is sturdy and does not appear to be flimsy, rickety, or unstable at all.Storage capacity- has room for 4 pairs of shoes on each side plus a middle. Also has a drawer that pulls out. Good for gloves, hats, scarves, ect.Value for the money- again, it's not top quality, but it is well worth the price. Only time will tell how it holds up, but the design makes it nice and sturdy

Very difficult to assemble and the quality of the wood is very poor.it kept breaking as we assembled. Not value for money or time spent. Some of the cam fasteners placed in very difficult spots to reach and tighten. And using a bit more force or power tool will chip away the board like soft eraserStay off from this.

There any many many parts to put together.... but it was worth the work for the price!!!

Took a little bit to put together, I like to do it all myself, but overall great quality and fits perfectly in with my decor.

Very very VERY cheaply made for the price. Don’t waste your time and money. I’m okay with cheap stuff but this just sucks. Pieces were missing, pieces were damaged in the box from shipping. Putting it together sucked. A clothes hook snapped off with barely any weight. REALLY SUCKS. Doors don’t even smoothly slideDrawer easily pops out of place. Just seriously sucks.

Do not get this if you do not have patience and space. It took some time to lay out the pieces, I finished this over a span of three days like a giant puzzle. Don’t skip around, please follow the instructions to the letter or rather picture. Do not use a power tool as the material is very flaky and the damage will be irreversible. After all the trouble it seems worth it but I don’t think I would purchase again if it breaks

Honestly thought it would be a bit wider. But it works. Putting some of the screw locks on was dumb and the screws for the hooks. Like don't get me started. Had to pull out a drill to get the holes to work. But it's together and works. The sliding doors constantly pops off the bottom too.
