Good foam mat, accurate size, wish it was rolled the other way though lol but can easily be flattened by setting something on each corner

This is smaller than advertised. I am 5'10 and it is shorter than me. Very disappointing.

I love that this mat is so lightweight! It is easy to move & position yet grips to stay in place. I have to do home physical therapy so this mat helps to relieve pressure on my joints as I do my exercises. The equipment I have to workout with stays put & doesn’t slide on this mat. This is a perfect addition to any workout area.

got this in order to work out in my home gym. we really needed it to fir well in the space and to be made with good material. This mat was very durable. my son drops huge weights on it and the tile underneath is not cracked. its not sticky or uncomfortable. i love this mat and definitely recommend. the price is great value as well.

Absolutely love this work out mat! The sizing is accurate. The material is nice and thick and does not tear easy. Protects the floor under neath and its padding helps you comfortably do ab exercises.
