Quality, heavy duty with big ball bearing type bearings... I just don't like the cost, just as much as the rack they're for.

These heavy duty caster wheels are designed to fit metal storage carts with 7/8" tubing. Each caster wheel has a post approximately 7/8" in diameter x 1-7/8" long, with a lock ring 3/16" from the top of the post. The base of the post swivels 360° on stainless steel bearings. The post is located at the top & securely attached to an offset bracket that fits over the wheel & is attached with a 3/8" bolt & nut. The offset bracket is rounded at the base of the post & tapers to 1-3/4" over the wheel. The bracket is approximately 3" from the bottom of the bracket to the top of the bearings cover. The wheel has an off white core 2-1/8" in diameter covered with 1/4" grey rubber. Overall the wheel is 2-7/8" in diameter with a width of 1-1/4" wide. From the top of the post to the bottom of the wheel the caster is 5-3/4". This set of 4 caster wheels is extremely quiet & free rolling with a brake 1-1/4" x 7/8". The lock lever is 3" L x 3/4" W with engraved "On" & "Off" on opposite ends of the lever. Since I needed some casters with brakes or locking wheels, I ordered 2 different sets, 1 without brakes or locking wheels & 1 set with the brakes to lock the wheels. I swapped 2 of the wheels from each set which gave me 2 full sets of 4 casters, each with 2 locking wheels & 2 wheels without brakes This heavy duty set of caster wheels is well made & should provide many years of use. Although no weight limit is listed by the manufacturer, they should support at least 500 pounds. I recommend these casters for use in any environment both indoors or outdoors. If you need heavy duty replacement wheels with a locking brake this set is a great option.

Heavy-duty casters, all 4 have brakes. Easy to install - just pop them into the tubing. The most difficult part is usually removing the old casters or feet. Helps to have some type of pry tool.These can handle hefty loads, they're very strong. The soft rubber treads roll smoothly and quietly, without leaving marks. The locking brakes keep everything secure, they can be tapped on or off with your foot. Excellent mobility and stability. Highly recommend!

These are nice castor wheels and seem to be well made. They roll easily and nicely when pushing a heavy object. Super easy to install!

I'm rigging them for a rolling table. these are your standard casters available on a variety of things. these work well and will slide right in to the appropriate sized shelving unit. easy peasy.
