There is only one reason for the bending of the pegboard, the temperature of the iron is too high, it is recommended not to iron for a long time without moving or at high temperatures, ironing takes only a few seconds after the iron reaches a certain temperature.
If you find that the pegboard is bent after ironing, promptly place the template on a flat surface and press it with a heavy object until it cools.

The product is good, but the packaging was not. Four out of 8 pegboards came with some of the pegs broken. That affect the designs to be made. They need to use the Amazon box and/or bubble wrap.

Our product came with multiple broken prongs. I know I can return it but the hassle factor of getting it sent back is frustrating. I wish there was a way to request a replacement for damaged items without sending back broken pieces. Delivery was great and very prompt.
