Solid feels great..on a strat..it surprisingly makes a world of difference in the palm muting department...gives you that extra amount of hand space..and surprisingly holds grip..like your momma..

While I’ve always loved my Fender Blacktop Jazz bass, IMHO all stock Jazz knobs are clumsy to handle as well as a bit of an eyesore.Each arrived individually packaged in small zip-lock bags to prevent scratches, and it was immediately apparent they’re of very high-quality. Machining is outstanding, with no imperfections of any kind to be found. Being made entirely of aluminum, they’re also more rugged and attractive-looking than Fender’s stock plastic knobs.This particular guitar has ¼†solid pot shafts, and the fit is absolutely perfect. Like the stock knobs they have position indicators, an important feature to me in a studio environment. I always note pot settings for reference prior to recording, so they can be duplicated if anything needs to be re-recorded further into production.Being knurled also makes them easier to handle for fine adjustments. Their outer diameters are smaller than stock volume knobs, and larger than the one for tone. I’ve always felt the latter was much too small, and having all three the identical size suits my playing style much better.In the end, this is certainly a rock-bottom price for such a finely crafted item. The result was improved control, along with the addition of an extremely sharp custom look to boot.Kudos to Dopro/Kaish for yet another great product, highly recommended!

My trusty Ernie Ball Stringray Bass haves been with me for over 15 years or so now, and currently going through some health issues I been trying to make my instruments lighter to play and record with. These took a few oz off. Not much but enough to help at least a bit. Ease of installation. The fit was a good but had to work on it for a bit. You can’t flush them all the way in. They need a bit of space. The color looks a bit like the originals and add the little line marker in black. Am not to much in love with that but it’s ok. I just made sure that the line makes it with the center detent of each eq pot. Nice value for the money. Other knobs are crazy expensive and are heavier.

These knobs are REALLY well made & a hell of a great deal. I rebuilt a Squire Affinity PJ Bass w/ parts purchased on Amazon. This product is beautiful! Built the Affinity to Fender PJ bass specs, all thanks to Amazon and their INCREDIBLE ability to source awesome parts from lesser know, but no less well made materials.

I rewired and older PJ style bass and decided new knobs were in order. These have a nice feel to them, solid with good knurling. I like the lines on these well.

The volume level markings on the knobs of the older silver Magni and Sys are very hard to read. I replaced them with the knobs from Dopro. I can now see the where the volume is set even in a dimly lit room. Very pleased with the results.Because the hole in these knobs is round and does not have a flat like the shafts of the Magni and the Sys the knobs when tightened with the set screw are just barely off center. This is only visible if you are watching closely while you turn the knob and does not change the performance.
