I ordered a multi pack of these because I was not sure what the quality would be like or how long they would last me picking 4-5 horses hooves, but these have been great, now I have them stored in different areas and one or 2 that travel with us on the road when we take the horses out because the quality is great. I like it especially for the price point. I think these are must haves for any horse person!

It’s easy to misplace a hoof pick, so having several at hand is helpful - I keep them at the round pen, where feeding, and at the barn.These include both the pick and a sturdy brush.

I kept the 2 most colorful ones and gave the neighbors two little kids the other two to give their parents. a double good move that made all 4 of them happy. I like the brush too

Updating my review:Pro's: these hoof picks have a good grip. They're affordable and colorful.Cons: I used them today (after months of them working well) and was so disappointed that the metal picks are bending/bent. The bristles are okay. But I will have to replace them ASAP - since a bendable hoof pick is useless/won't get the job done. Plus a weak pick is a safety concern.Of note: these have been used constantly, for several months now, multiple times a day, Mon. through Sat. at a horse riding center. With a herd of about 20 horses. So that heavy use may account for more and quicker wear than a typical, individual's use.
