I have purchased pulleys that look exactly like this for much more. If you're doing some HAM antenna work, these are excellent.

I was using a hardware store pulley to raise and lower my bird feeder and it was just too rough and the paracord was trying to get between the metal sheave and the frame.This pulley has a synthetic sheave that is tight against the frame and much smoother in operation.
