Your cart is empty. The first Flensted mobile designed by the Flensted family. In 1953, Christian Flensted had three storks carved out of wood as a gift for his daughter. They say this mobile has magical powers, so if someone wants to have a child, maybe you should think about hanging that lucky stork on the bed.

This was a gift for a dear friend who's housebound and spends a lot of his time in his comfortable reclining chair. We hung this over said chair, and he loves it. It really is beautiful.

We ordered this for our new son, and he is very mesmerized by it floating above him in his pack-n-play. We felt like the price is a bit high for what it's made out of, but we appreciate that someone else is taking the time to cut and assemble the paper birds!

I bought this to hang from the ceiling pipes in my industrial-style loft above my meditation corner. It gently, sublty turns and rotates and is so elegant and pretty. It was easy to hang (you literally just tie the string to the hanging mechanism). All nicely made mobiles are expensive, but as long as it lasts, I'm OK with that because it's an art form. It's very delicate, so obviously keep out of reach of children, etc. (I wouldn't recommend as a baby mobile....it's made of paper and thread).

Absolutely beautiful and well crafted mobile. This mobile is very lightweight so it spins on its own with the slightest breeze in the room. I love how the sections spin independent of one another. The thread that is attached for hanging is very long, making it easy to hang at the height you'd like. We bought this to hang above our baby's crib. I was drawn to the black, white, and red design because early on babies are drawn to high contrast patterns. We started putting baby in her crib to nap at 3 months and she would wake up and pleasantly stare at the mobile for a while before calling out. Watching her on the baby monitor just lying mesmerized by the mobile is amazing!

The mobile has no hook but a cardboard feeder of cheap cotton thread!!! that you hang from your own hook by tying it with this cheap thread which won't last two weeks in a room with a fan.

Beautiful mobile. Delicately moves with the faintest of indoor breezes—a lovely point of interest in the room! Delightful.
