I am polishing a metal panel, and I ran through the abrasives in this kit. Each pad did a good job and the final result is a very fine metal panel with a very shiny finish.

Love the sponge so i could use my orbital sander while working on Chrome. The sponge and the paper make quick work for this huge project.

This set was recommended by a friend that builds custom speakers with amazing finishes. The difference type of backer pads allows better contouring and control for really fine sanding when a very smooth surface is needed.

Hard to see how silicon carbide sandpaper could be any better. Bought the one without holes, 1000 to 3000. Then cut it into pieces for various hook and loop sanding devices, most custom made for the job. This is used to repair defects in Linear Polyurethane. Could be used for Gel Coat also. Makes the job so easy!
