Very nice, heavy-duty rings. No rough spots. The welds are ground smooth and I assume the rings were given a tumble finish to give them a uniform smooth finish.The inner diameter is a little less than 2", it's actually 1-7/8", but I'm still giving 5 stars because the rings still work great with 2" web strap.

These will work exceptionally well for hard-use equipment where D-rings cause trouble. I hope to get more.
