I bought this kit, the plumber installed it and the water mixture had a problem, it varied during use, it didn't work properly, and the same problem, so I bought a kit from homedepot and it worked perfectly. Item being returned defective

This was listed as a replacement part for a symons shower control. It is not milled to fit into the manufacturers installation tool . It is too large. Had to go to hardware store & purchase an actual symons part to get the job done.
