I wired a 50A circuit for a EV charger in my garage and needed an outlet. This one worked great.I've paid much more in the past for similar outlets so this was a pretty good deal.Can't speak to durability as it is dedicated to my EV charger so I just plugged it in and that is how it will stay. I've checked it for warmth a couple times when it was in use since the charger pushes it to the limit and haven't noted anything. So it seems to make a suitably low resistance connection.A couple month of use so far and nothing to complain about so again, pretty good deal.

What can I say? I was able to install this box with 6 AWG wire with a little room to spare. I'm hoping this outlet will give me many years of service.

Very disappointed. Product failed and overheated. Fortunately, no fire. Don’t buy for EV charging. It may be fine for a dryer or a stove.
