This product is just fine, great, in fact. However, we paid EXTRA for 2-day shipping, and it did not arrive in time. Yet, there is NO WAY to request a refund of the shipping charge. This is an extremely unethical business practice, and Amazon should be ashamed of themselves for not refunding added shipping charges when items do not arrive WHEN PROMISED AND PAID FOR.
