I recently ordered these Sidco Supply 50 Pack of 1†Inch Iron Clavos, and I am highly satisfied. I give them a 5-star rating on presentation and value.The iron clavos are well-made, and the black finish adds a rustic and decorative touch to many various antique Spanish-style decorative applications. The presentation of the installed product is nice and adds a a nice touch to the attachment of other decorative items (hinges, T-straps, etc.).Considering the quality of the product, aesthetic value, and the quantity of each clavos nail in the pack, I think this is a good value. Overall, the Sidco Supply Iron Clavos deserve a 5-star rating for their quality and value.

item shipped and arrived in execellent time. Item itself was way smaller than I expected. I bought what I saw in the pic but didn't read the full description. Since i was shopping and comparing similar items, I thought they were all the same. This item was smaller (Head) than those I was shopping for. No fault to vendor who did state item size.

I habe a wood and leather furniture project, and had actually been looking for similar, I wanted silver for appeal but honestly, I am not one bit mad they only had black variations because it looks fantastic! I can't share a photo as it's an adult room furniture piece, but it truly added a stunning appeal to it!They seem well made and not cheap/thin/easy to break. Install was done on pine for this so it went in easily. But I feel even on a harder wood it wouldn't be a troublesome install!

When I ordered these I guess I missed the photo that showed that the heads are 1" across, so I was very surprised when I opened the box... but since I'm going to use them to attach large signs to the wall above museum displays, these are actually going to work well. Very sturdy, simulated "hammered" surface will look good in our history museum.

These heavy duty clavos can be used for a variety of projects. They are made of solid metal which make them very durable. They are easy to install if you drill a small pilot hole prior to installing. I had no issues with the clavos deforming or losing shape when installing with a rubber mallet. I have shopped around with various online retailers and you simply cannot beat the price of this pack of 50. Excellent quality and value at a great price.

I don't like these tacks that much. The posts make rather large holes in the wall. Plus, there is so much empty space between the back of the tack head and the post that it doesn't hold securely to the wall. So I ended up with several significant holes in the wall for nothing, because these don't have a good hold. I wasn't trying to hang anything heavy. I just tried to hang a calendar with one of these so I could see how strong of a hold it would have. But it couldn't even keep my calendar sturdy enough. It was surprising to me, because these seem very heavy duty, and are solid, strong tacks. I am just glad I didn't try them with anything heavier.
