awesome straps to hold pex. I wanted something like this from home depot but wasn't able to source it locally. Amazon had them and they worked great. Easily fits around 1/2 inch pex and holds it securely

If you're installing Pex, the national code says you have to secure the pipes at least every 32 inches (or 2 joists). That makes these clamps a necessity and I'm glad I ordered them.I can recommend these as they do not require one to thread the pipe through them. They also have little ridges inside to grip the pipe well. That said these are available from a variety of seller of the same quality and while these are not a bargain, they are also priced higher than the near-competition.These are fine for their purpose and will do the job, just not at the best price. That said, look for discounts and you won't be disappointed!

Good plastic clamps for 1/2†pex or copper pipe. Easy to install and use. They hold the pipe securely. In short, they work. Good value for these clamps.

Any plumber will tell you that to do a neat job, you need pipe clamps. Well, I'm in the middle of a plumbing project, so I needed a lot of clamps. When I saw these, they looked like they'd do the job. I ordered them, and when they arrived, I inspected them. They looked like they'd work.I put them to use immediately to organize and locate some 1/2 pex lines and a washer inlet. As I expected, they worked well, even when I strained them a little on stiff lines. They didn't split or crack when I ran down the screws, either, so these are pretty good clamps. If you need clamps for a plumbing job, I can recommend these. They work.

I'm setting up radiant floor heating using the aluminum tracks, and wanted a plastic clamp to help keep the PEX properly aligned with the metal track ends. As the PEX expands/contracts with heating/cooling, these should help with reducing the possible wear to the PEX from the edge of the aluminum track on the inside corners. These clamps fit and function quite well for this use, so I'm happy!

The purpose of the clamp is not just to keep the pipe secure but it needs to "clamp" or bite the pipe. The diameter of these clamps is a perfect match for 1/2" CPVC. You can use them for Pex but that pipe has multiple sizes so be certain this clamp will bite the pipe and not just hold it in place as if the clamp does not secure the pipe you may experience water hammering. As for copper you should use proper strapping.Cheers

These are some of the better one's I've used. Love how they are and that they grip the pipe.

This keeps my 1/2" PEX pipe mounted. It takes 1 or 2 screws to keep it mounted. The screws do not come with the clamps. The plastic bends easily to place the pipe in the clamp.
