I got these today and I am very pleased, the .046 thickness is exactly what I was looking for. I use this as a backer for printed 4x6 index cards. I make numbers for an auction, we put them in plastic sleeves to protect them and then attach lanyards to them. The index cards were not rigid enough, so we slide one of these behind them and it keeps them very sturdy. I had trouble finding this size originally, so when I saw this on Amazon, I decided to give it a try.Like I said these are exactly what we needed.

These chipboard sheets are great to protect my photo cards when sending them out through mail. Very sturdy and easy to cut if I need to make it a smaller size!I appreciate the paper samples that it came with.

The project I use with chipboard has always required that I hand-cut EVERY SINGLE PIECE of a 12x12 into 3x4.5" pieces (for about 350 pieces). Talk about time and energy consuming. When I found these 3x5" PRE-CUT, I was thrilled beyond words. I wasn't sure of the thickness of the chipboard (not totally sure what all the "pt" numbers mean), but turns out the "46pt" thickness/weight of this product was exactly what I've used for years. They are precisely cut, meaning they are EVEN/LEVEL on all sides, tho they are a bit shorter than 3"...maybe a 1/16th...definitely something I can work with tho my application is sized for 3" wide. To have them pre-cut is worth SO MUCH....I'll definitely be relying on this product for as long as my creations continue to sell. THANK YOU!!

It was a nice weight and sturdy. And I really liked the texture. I made "detective notebooks" for girl's camp and the chipboard was the cover and the back. It held up nicely during the week. I would definitely use this product again for future projects.

I use these in my post card selling business. The are stiff and supportive without being too heavy or thick.
