This tester is great and definitely necessary if you are an electrician or HVAC tech working in homes that run portable generators. It has been most helpful when testing generators and during load sheds to help identify if the home needs a soft start for the AC unit and what the homeowner can safely run with the generator and what breakers will need to be left off

Initially used to debug problems during Level 2 charging of an EV, helped isolate the problem. Now used to monitor charging the EV.

Very easy install, super easy to read interface. It showed real time power useage which i find to be an awesome feature. Not sure how waterproof it will be in the snow. If it fails I'll come update this review. (November 2024)

I got this for an rv outlet. It only records power usage when the rv is drawing power from both legs at the same time. So almost never.

Doesnt read amps nor Wattage, now i have to lose my time returning this....
