I’ve been doing some heavy-duty maintenance on my airless paint sprayer system, this winter, in preparation for a big painting project planned for this summer. This maintenance would include a thorough cleaning and flushing of my Graco Magnum DX airless sprayer and taking apart my spray gun handles and replacing parts in one of those guns.Since everything is nice and clean now and the machine is 20 years old, I also wanted to replace the pressure hose, as well.I chose this hose because it also came with the “whip†hose. The “whip†hose is a shorter length of hose that connects onto the long hose, on the spray gun end, which allows more freedom of movement. Airless paint sprayer hoses are quite stiff and they easily twist back around on themselves when you’re working inside of a room, for example. It helps a lot having a whip hose and swivel connectors. I’ve always wanted a whip hose but never had one before so I’m very happy.The set also comes with a double male connector and a female end/male end swivel connector It’s everything I wanted for my sprayer AND it’s nice and new….no paint on it!! That won’t last forever, of course, but it’s nice to look fresh & new for a minute.Since I have everything already set up, in my basement, from cleaning it and testing my newly re-built spray gun, I simply changed out the hose to give it a test. My tests were only with water but that is sufficient to determine if there are leaks. I’m happy to report that everything works great..no leaks at the connections or anything. Whoo-Hoo!I’m happy with the work I’ve done to breathe new life into my equipment. I expect to get many more years out of it now and the price for the hose kit was a good value, I think.

This hose fit my sprayer perfectly. The whip segment with the pivot joint helps to control the direction of the spray. 50 feet may have a bit long but it may come in handy at one point. It is a bit stiff but being rated for high pressure it needs to resist expanding.This set was half the price as the hose alone at Lowes. Good quality for the price point.

This is a great airless paint sprayer hose. I just recently got into airless paint spray and I would like to say…… it is a completely different world and a lot to learn and know if you want everything to turn out right the first time, and every little component that goes into your rig needs to be top-notch or it will show somewhere along the line in your finishing processes. So to me , the airline plays a huge role in this procedure, but I have confidence in this hose and I don’t have to worry about that anymore now I can just worry about the other 9000 things that go with this airless painting lol there’s not really that much I’m over exaggerating, but I’m just trying to make a point of this air hose does do it’s job and is really nice. Well constructed, plug and play or spray I should say, compatible witheverything I have it should last a very long time and I like the color blue..END RESULT : I think the price was good. Never bought this type of hose before, but for what you get I am not complaining at all. Good product

Overall its a good hose. Its thicker than the Graco max ll and a bit more difficult to unwind. But seems to hold pressure just fine and no leaks. In fairness its been very cold since ive had the hose and that may be the reason for the stiffness. Hopefully it will be a bit more flexible during warmer times. I really like the fact it came with a coupler to join two hoses together.

We used this hose to test with a major brand name paint sprayer and had no issues.It connected smoothly with the spray gun and worked as expected.This is equivalent to many of the ones sold at big box hardware stores.

The flexibility is decent, making it easy to maneuver, and it handles high pressure without any leaks or kinks. The durability is good, and it holds up to regular use.My only minor complaint is that it’s a bit stiffer than expected, especially when first uncoiled.
