Be aware that this device has minimal or somewhat confusing instructions. The manual also includes options that are not available on the machine I received. Additionally, there are no recipe suggestions - the only direction is the maximum fill level for the various options. I have never made nut milks before, so I did not find the machine intuitive. The button labeled Menu/Select is used to cycle through the available options, highlighting a particular icon in the row above and also changing the time indicator (which is minutes and seconds). The icons are just that - icons, not buttons to select the option. The Soy-milk option should be used for any nut milk. I think the Preset allows you to program the machine to start after the indicated time has elapsed, but this is not something I would use.Once you have selected the desired menu option, trust in the device. The nut option, for example may do a quick mix, but then it goes into a heating mode where it almost appears as if something is amiss. After a while it starts to whir intermittently for the allocated time. The final nut-based milk is at least 165 F (I measured some minutes after it completed). The cashew milk was excellent; I have a family member that regularly makes her own nut milk and she gave it a thumbs up - the milk was smooth and once it had chilled, tasted good. This milk maker does not waste any of the nuts and it is easy to make a nut cream. There is a chart in the manual, which is missing headings in two columns - the first column is heat and the second is mixing (see photo). From this table, you can see which modes heat and/or mix. This chart also includes options (like boiling water) that are not on the machine. I would use the Paste option for making purees, if I needed to make a large amount. Note that the soup option includes heating and mixing, so don’t add chicken bones!Another area that was not intuitive at all, was the lid arrangement. The outer, smoky-colored lid is simply there to reduce noise. To remove it, slide it up and off. Now for the bad news - you can remove the lid of the glass container, and that is it. The container itself is sealed onto the motor unit. It is true that the device is light enough for you to pour the milk out; nevertheless this is less than ideal. Whilst pouring, if the jug gets too heavy keep your hands clear of the glass container, which can be piping hot - use the base to support the system. Cleaning the container after making nut milk was not super-easy - it was not terrible by any means - but whizzing soap water around (using the fruit juice setting which does not have a heating option) does not clean the top 1/3 and I used the provided sponge cleaner to ensure that the sides and the base were properly cleaned. This fixed arrangement has other drawbacks too as you can only wipe down the outside of the glass to remove any drips. I then turned it upside down on a cake cooling rack; I did not want to leave it to drain near the sink in case water got spilled onto it.As I was not sure how the milks would turn out, I only used 500 ml (2 cups) of water to 1/2 cup of nuts. I made cashew milk and almond milk. The cashew was smooth; the almonds where not blanched and the skins do result in a hint of bitterness and a slight graininess - this is not noticeable when used for breakfast cereals or oats. My family likes these nut milks so I am going to make some walnut milk next and purchase some blanched almonds.Review for: 50oz Nut Milk Maker, fruit juicer, Multifunctional Automatic Homemade Plant Milk,Oat Milk,Soy Milk, Coconut Milk, Almond Milk,Baby Food machine, 24 Hour Timer,Boil,Keep Warm,Auto-clean.

Didn't even leave a crumb behind it completely liquefied the nuts and water I'm just wowww,This things amazing and it even heats the stuff up if you need it to and it will get whatever you want hotAnd I can't believe how quiet it is I mean so quiet. But I don't knowbif you can remove the mixer from the base I've tried and I don't see a way and the directions don't say it either andbthere really no help for anything other than telling you how to make a drink or something and the other thing I don't care for is the top part now you can't just pop it on you have to make sure it's lined up with the side so it slides on correctly or it will pop over the side pieces it's kinda hard to explain but it's just minor nothing that truly a big deal to me just aggravating but I'm over heels for how it works that what it gets the 5 stars for .Oh and it's super easy to clean I just rinsed it out then put water and a drop of soap and turned it on for a minute and then poured that out and rinsed and it was clean ...now that's easy no scrubbing for me like I said I love it .It's definitely worth it and I'm glad I got mine ...

The gasket measures approximately 2mm in width. It cannot be removed for cleaning. Additionally, it lacks any safety certifications.

Very small and portable. I can take it with me on business trips because I love making fruit smoothies every morning for breakfast. Its heating function is very convenient when it comes to aerating chocolate milk. Very good product.

This DUOYUTING 50oz Nut Milk Maker, fruit juicer, Multifunctional Automatic Homemade Plant Milk, Oat Milk, Soy Milk, Coconut Milk, Almond Milk, Baby Food machine, 24 Hour Timer, Boil, Keep Warm, Auto-clean is a good baby food maker, amongst other things. It is a good size, and makes baby food very easily, pretty much a one step thing. It is pricey, though, at $110, but now on sale for $80 which is more resaonableI think.
