I use the 18 gage needle to transfer injectable steroid oil for ease of use, then I put the 25 gage back on for the intramuscular injection. Works great

The needles fit the syringes that I have and they're plenty sharp, and the price was perfect. I needed this size needle for my crafts of injecting liquids into tiny areas and they work great
