I know they are primarily for cable but I use them all the time when making guy ropes for temporary radio antennas. They crimp easily with careful use of a bolt cutter.I've used them for 1/4" - 5/16th inch rope.

What more can you say about wire/cable crimps?These are good quality crimps that are easily installed and have good holding strength.Great product. Great value.

I ordered these to use with some 1/8” cable. I was making up some cable to hang string lights on. I thought these would be quicker and easier to fabricate than using cable clamps. I have some hydraulic crimpers and I just reversed the jaw to get a flat press across the whole clamp. These of course are metric 3 mm and I was using 1/8” cable but the sizes are nearly identical and the crimps fit well and hold great.

These crimps are easy to use with wire, so they should probably come with wire for each size. Still, they are easy to crimp and don't come apart. No issues using them and 50 pieces is a big pack.
