I used it to clean the heads of an old HI-8 camcorder that hadn't been used or cleaned in about 12-15 years. I used a few and have transferred about 40 old tapes to my computer. They did the job engender better than I expected and saved me a lot of money.

These worked great in cleaning the filthy head of an old camcorder! Once received, I used these swabs to clean the head, let everything dry and repeated a couple of times. Now the camcorder plays almost like new. Great product, no super strong smell.
