We kept the best parts of the original RUSH12 and upgraded other areas to create one of the most universally adaptable packs on the planet. We’ve added a hidden CCW compartment, given the eyewear pocket more room, incorporated a padded sleeve, and moved the hydration tube ports to the rear for more versatility. From outdoor activities to duty applications to office use, you won’t find a pack that has a little of everything in all the right places like you will with the RUSH12 2.0.

I bought one of these for my girlfriend’s son as I have had one for over ten years and with constant use it is still in great shape and doing the job. I am an off and on fan of 5.11 as some of their products are garbage.The Rush series of backpacks are solid. I have the 12, 24 and 48 and would have loved one of these over the ALICE pack I used in the Marines over thirty years ago. The pack is solid, has very comfortable straps and a variety of pockets that allow for various loadouts.The top zippered pocket is micro fleece lined to protect lenses in safety and sun glasses, the ability to add a water bladder is great and there’s enough room in the 12 for an overnight change of clothes, several hundred rounds of ammo or a stack of books.

Haven't had it for too long now, but it's a fantastic bag. Really comfortable and can fit quite a lot. I bicycle everywhere so a comfortable and functional backpack is a must and the versatility of the Molle webbing makes adding more storage so much more convenient. I also went ahead and detached the front buckle across the chest and used it to secure a first aid kit on the back since I ride my bike everywhere and having some bandaids is always nice. It fits a laptop, folder, a couple radios, their cables, a good amount of miscellaneous trinkets as well as an eBike battery with ease. Didn't love that it didn't come with a side pocket for a water bottle but that was quickly resolved with one I had lying around and is more purpose built for it. if you need a robust backpack for every day, hiking, or drills, I recommend.

Good size. Use it daily for work laptop and other EDC. Good CCW compartment. Fast release straps are a bit tight at first but have loosened up with use making it easy to release to take pack off or tighten when carrying.

It's a great size for daily use, it looks cool, ideal for police officer recruit, it's sturdy as well. Avoid the cheaper ones. I made an order for a couple others and they were very disappointing.

I love this bag as a day runner. I attached a drink holder and just saves so much room for you essential needs while gone for the day. I tried a different major brand that I love but no room for an all day dayrunner in comparable price range and this material is much tougher. Very happy with this 5.11 bag and this is my first product from them as well.

Bag tore the moment I started packing it for the first time. Pocket ripped from its stitching, I couldn't even give it a first use - let alone a stress test. Do not buy.
