The stainless steel might as well be aluminum foil -- it goes concave with extremely slight tightening -- not enough to even activate the neoprene washer. And the neoprene is so full of air that it compresses far too much: it's *not* solid rubber at all. Typical material skimping by Chinese manufacturers!
