Fits 80/20 3034 and 1515 Lite profile bars which have .315†deep slots and .320 wide track opening. Rolls in and out. Slides ok in the profile. Ball has decent spring and threads worked. Finish is comparable to what I get from 80/20 - zinc plated steel. Measures .828â€L x .522â€W x .298D (with ball retracted). Hope this helps.
