Water on the floor, leaking internally, looking at $800-900 to replace the washer.Took a look, inlet valve is dripping, this is a 15 minute replacement. Leak is gone, works great, seems to fill more quietly now.

False advertisement. The part delivered is not the part shown in the pictures or described in the ad. The thread pattern shown in the listing is what is required for American sold washing machines however, the part that is delivered has a different thread pattern (fine) that will not work.Advertisement is also misleading because it lists this as a genuine, OEM part, when in reality, it is not. Bottom line- it will not fit American sold washing machines. I failed to read other one star reviews before purchasing. This is not the first time the thread pattern has been mentioned regardless this part is falsely advertise to fit any the washing machines sold in the US.

The part fit perfectly. The electrical prongs where just a bit wider than the OME part but with just a bit of wiggling, I got the clip in.
