Fit correctly on my 05 sportsman 700. I attempted to pull the headlight/speedometer assembly to change it and just couldn't get it to work, best way to do it is just pull the front plastics. I threw a light touch of grease on it also.

Perfect fit and easy to replace. Had to do a small amount of disassembly but was repaired in 15min. Part was less than 1/2 price from dealer and works perfectly.

Upon first look the product appears to be identical to the OEM part. However once fitted to the OEM bracket, it is apparent this aftermarket bushing is not to spec. You can clearly see in the photos the difference in width of the channel between that of an OEM bushing versus this aftermarket bushing. The width of the channel which the bracket sits in is narrower in the aftermarket bushing. This minor difference prevents the bushing from seating completely. The item was returned and OEM bushings were ordered for my 2002 Sportsman 500 HO.
