I've had this light for over 4 years and am overall satisfied. While it is definitely not as bright as advertised (maybe 600 lumens), I am happy with the quality and reliability. The light is also the most compact of the 8+ different 18650 lights my dive buddies, and I have. I like the simple button operation, which is intuitive to use (valuable in cases when I lend it out). The button is also protected by being recessed, which makes me much less worried about it accidentally turning on.I would recommend this and would buy it again if mine was lost.Mine has probably been on 25+ recreational limit dives and was temporarily lost underwater for 24 hours with no issues.

Got this 2 pack of flashlights and tested one of them out on a dive today in Laguna Beach, California. Nice compact package with push button switch in the tail end. Totally adequate for beach diving in 10-15 vis. While yes there are more powerful, more expensive lights, and I’ve owned many, the price is great for what you get and as mentioned totally adequate for day dives looking under ledges and such or as a backup light when you’re night diving. Tech divers will demand more but for recreational purposes, all good. For those that have concerns about battery life with the provided battery, yes, there are definitely larger capacity batteries you can use, but I did a 55 min dive with the included battery and the light was on max brightness the whole time with no issues. Didn’t test it through a second dive, but doesn’t appear to be any dimmer right now.For those that have concerns over flooding: Make sure you grease the o rings and inspect for contamination before you dive them. Has a double o ring seal, and they did arrive dry and in need of some grease. I dove it to 47 feet today, and all good. It’s well made aluminum body, easy push button switch. Most of my dives are off the beach so I won’t be testing this to tech diver depths, but for recreational dives I think you’ll be in good shape. Best part is, if I lose it, or loan it out and my buddy loses it, I’m not going to sweat it too much since the cost is so reasonable.

Agree with other commenters that the charger is very cheap, flimsy, yet it did seem to work. Checked the batter for a cover and the only plastic was around the outside, nothing covering either end (see photos). The blue border is attached to the sleeve wrapping the battery the full length, plus if there was a protective covering the battery would not charge.Upon putting the battery into the charger, then plugging the charger in, the light was red. Let it remain until the light turned green. Transferred battery into flashlight, and upon pressing the button on the bottom nothing happened. Next day asked husband to take a look, and he wanted to verify the battery was charged, so we put it back in the charger like before (waiting to plug-in until we had the battery in place). Light was red (should have still had a charge from the night before). After a few hours light was green again, so he moved the battery into the flashlight and again, nothing. We noticed the button on the bottom depresses, but it refuses to "click" like several of these type buttons do. It might be a bad battery, it might be the switch not working, it might be a bad bulb, impossible to know for sure. This is now in the process of being returned, and I'll be purchasing a different brand diver flashlight instead.

I have four and I've probably sold one hundred by word of mouth. Deepest I've had them is about 130fsw. No issues. The batteries they come with are not terrible either -- about 2200mAh. Good for over an hour on high. Good tight beam for signaling and exploring. I tried one as a focus light, but the color temp was a bit too hot for my tastes. I never tried gelling one warmer.I always have one on each BC strap at all times, even in Bonaire in the daytime. One on a cave helmet, and one is dedicated to chicken coop duty that I will occasionally chuck into the pool in the evening for a little ambiance -- much cheaper than fixing the fricking horrible-design pool light. That one is quite banged up, but it's been flawless in the eleven feet deep pool; wouldn't trust it diving though.Top three purchases on Amazon!

Bought these for my first diving adventures and it worked very well. Bright enough to see things but doesn't blind your dive buddy.

I use this as a back up and to loan to customers when i guide them. At the price point im not too concerned if i forget to get it back or loose it. I think ive ordered 8-10 of them over the past 2 years. Both my daughter and i both use them.

I almost returned it but found out I did not tighten it all the way. It will not turn on unless pressed all the way.

Actually as advertised! It exceed what I was expecting! Went for a night dive for 56 minutes at 15 feet and no issues whatsoever! Great price for what you get.

Es una excelente linterna auxiliar de buceo. De buena calidad. Pero la recomiendo como auxiliar. La publica dice que es de 1200 lumenes sin embargo la caja en la que viene dice que 800 lumenes es su máximo.

Bright light. Easy to select power settings, or strobe mode, with the rear magnetic button. I have used it on three dives, and several walks around the neighbourhood at night. The two o rings appear to make a reliable waterproof seal. However, on arrival, the o rings resist turning and might even kink unless they are first lubricated with silicon grease (not supplied) - I wouldn't take this light underwater until you have done that.

As a back-up light for mid depth diving this will work very well with 3 light levels, no strobe, and is rechargeable. Turn on and off by pressing then holding and releasing back button ( not clear in instructions) and switch modes by single taps on the same back-button. Good value for money, do not suggest this as a primary dive light.

I have used a couple of times over the past few months and they are dependable and seem to be quite robust. Really like the magnetic switch function rather than having to turn the bezel. I have taken them to 120 ft, light beam is bright and battery lasts over 60 mins of continuous use. Happy so far!
