Hot good coffee. Took 45 minutes to brew full jug, but it stayed hot and fresh.we used it for our high school football snack shack on a cold Friday night lights and everyone was grateful for a hot cup of joe! It worked great. Highly recommended..great quality.

Loved this coffee urn! The clean look, quality, and efficiency. Makes a really good cup of coffee. Takes about 1.5 hrs to make a 20L pot. Everyone enjoyed the coffee and it really added to the event space.

I have been hosting a few events and I hate to stay on the kitchen counter making coffee and hot chocolate for the guests. I love that I can make it ahead of time and start the process without staying in the kitchen and I can enjoy the party myself too. It is very easy to set up ,just look at the video. I am very happy with this purchase.

This percolator did exactly what I needed it to do -the coffee is HOT and stayed HOT all day - takes about 35 minutes to brew a pot - nice window on the front shows you how much coffee is left - the spout leaked a little bit - but I haven’t seen one that did not. The spout is a little low but a 12 oz cup can still fit under the spout

I bought this to donate for event. This thing is huge prefect for fund raising event and have everyone cup of tea. Leave it brewing and no need to worry about overflowing and easy to monitor water levels.. overall I am pleased with purchase.
