This is a nice set of leather punch shapes that can be used to make holes in leather. A flimsy free case is included and all of the punch tools are strategically placed inside each small compartment. I think if you were to remove them all from the case, you will not be able to put them back so the case can close. Alloc the punch shape pieces fit like a puzzle inside this case. I would recommend removing one at a time and put back before using another one. This way you will be able to close the case. The punch come sharpened but not razor sharp, It took me a few hard hits to punch through 3.5mm thick vegetable tanned leather. They work well as intended and gets the job done if you work carefully. I am going to sharpen the punch I used to see if it speeds the punching process with less effort. A sharp cutter is much smoother to use and goes through the leather like butter. I have high hopes it will work! 🤞. The quality of the steel is pretty durable and didn’t bend or break when used it. Only time will tell how these will hold up. I would also recommend piling them a little after use to prevent rest. I found by using the cheap $5 large black rubber mallet instead of the poly type mallets that is made for peat craft much more efficient in punching the die through the leather. Those black wooden handle rubber mallets can be found at Walmart for cheap in the hardware section. This is a nice set of 56 piece shape cutters for under $20. For occasional use this will work fine and all the many different shape choices to choose from is good to have around when the leather project calls for a certain shape cutout. I rate this product as 5 STARS for value and optimal quality and value.

They are sharp and came in a nice plastic case. They were very oily so It took a lot to wipe them all off. They are sharp and make really good cuts in leather. Lots of sizes and shapes to get creative.

I didn't expect much because of the price. I subconsciously set myself up to be dissatisfied due to the price I was spending. If I had chosen a more expensive, well known brand, then I of course would expect to be satisfied with the product. So, why do we choose cheap if we know we're creating doubt before physically handling the product.This is one of those times when I made the right decision. After I beat the Hell out of them I'll come back for a recap. They're worth the price.

Sharp punches come in a wide range shapes and sizes,oil finished. Packaged in plastic case with punches nested tightly together.Punches are well lubricated with a waxed substance but works with dead blow blocks really well.

The items themselves were excellent, exactly what I expected, but each piece had some kind of sticky substance on them. Not really a glue but like a tacky oil.

I wasn’t expecting too much considering the price point but these are lovely. Cut smoothly so far (I use a press not a mallet) and well packaged. I would buy a larger set (not more pieces but just larger cutters) as well if they sold them. Packed in light coating of grease to prevent rusting so just be wary when first using them. Also it looks like it would be impossible to stick them back in the container if you pulled out several — it’s like a Tetris pack haha — so be warned there. Overall really nice tho.

I use these for my polymer clay, and they are perfect!My only complaint is the sticky grease on them when they arrived. It took me awhile and some ingenuity to clean outside and inside.Still with it.
