Other pet friendly salt still burned my pets paws but this product never irritated them. It quickly melts ice as well.

This worked great! We don't have a lot of frozen sleet and ice where I live, but when we do it's a real problem (especially when taking the dog out). We put a line of this down for a walking path from the garage to the yard and we were able to walk safely without any problem. We plan on keeping some on hand just in case.

Cover to the container was broken. Ice melt emptied into the box. Had to throw it out.

Was glad I had ordered before the 14 inches of snow and ice covered our porch and walkway. Sprinkled a path and thankfully it helped to melt enough to sweep off the worst.
