I use it a lot on aluminum and some steel for work. Works great so far, still sharp. When it does need replaced, I have no issue buying this one again.

This worked well on enlarging the venturi on a Predator 212 carb . I used the reamer by hand . It took about 20 minutes to go from .610 to .645 . I continually stopped and measured as I did this .

I had a bunch of holes to ream. Used a plasma cutter to make rough holes and used this reamer to enlarge to 5/8 to 3/4". After 50 holes it still reams as well as new.

First cut went straight through like butter. Next one not so much upon further trial and error it will work when it has lubrication. Do not use dry or it will grab and mess the teeth up. Put grease on it and it will keep on cutting

This worked pretty good. I had to enlarge from 5/16 to 3/8 hole 1/8" thick stainless steel, six holes. I had to hold steady one hole went cattywanker and bent the tool. I straighten it and cut 2 more holes. Still kept cutting.
