Very useful and reasonably priced. Almost NO vibration at any speed, even with the longest extension. I did not try connecting them together because they are not intended to be used this way. The fit and finish is sufficient but most of all they are machined for balance.I previously purchased Maxshine brand for $36 and they were so off balance that the tool was unusable. Proof that price is not always an indication of quality.

I didn't know anything like this existed, but I've needed it several times. The threads were good with the exception of they all had chrome plating which interfered the first time they were threaded. After working the threads a little back and forth, they all thread up just fine. All of mine are straight and true. These will be great for a small cup brush, wire wheel, polishing disc, and maybe even a flap wheel. But I'm seeing people put grinding wheels and cutting discs on these, which seems foolish. No way I'd put a little wheel of death on this thing. If one explodes, it's going everywhere. It would be really easy to side load with the longer extension, which would be a recipe for disaster with a cutting wheel.

I have know about these for years,and finally pulled the trigger. We used to made on job. You have to fix the treads and the diameter of the spindle so it fits the washers and nuts for grinders. For threads i used a file and worked the nut down the threads, took some time but doable. The lower diameter was fixed with a file also by installing on grinder and power filing the area. BE CAREFUL.Not a bad product much faster and cheaper to buy and fix, that to make on lathe
