I am a habitual loser of lens caps. More often than not, I find them in some pocket but this time I guess I had really lost it. It was the 46mm cap to my Olympus 25mm lens. I saw these three caps for such a low price that I had to buy. First, the cap fits beautifully and the spring action holds it in place. It comes with a cleaning cloth ( I must own a million by now!) and a very nice lens cleaning tool featuring a brush end and a rubbery end. Nice touch!! The only reason I give it a 4 and not a 5 is because of the lame piece of string sent as a cap keeper. If you look at other reviews you will see what I mean. On the bright side, I can lose three more caps before I have to order again, and the price is right!

It sucks when you lose a lens cap. It really sucks when it falls from a tram and you can see where it landed, but there is no way to retrieve it. That's how I lost mine. I could see it 40 or so feet straight off the side of a cliff. What are you going to do? Get these as replacements, that's what!Here's the dilemma I faced after receiving these. I bought them because they had a tether that I could attach to the camera and I will never lose another cap. Sounded great in theory; not so great in practice. I use multiple lenses and they don't all have the same size cap. So to use this tether I would either need many different caps attached to my camera at once (and a spare cap in my camera bag for storage) or tether and untether each time I pull out a lens. I opted to forgo attaching the tether. The caps are sturdy and well made so it's not a bad buy. I'm giving it 5-star rating because it was my thoughtlessness of how to use the tether. I don't regret buying these though. I'll keep the extras in my camera bag. These would be perfect for the person with one lens or multiple lenses that use the same size cap.Before you say I should have purchased some that attached to my lens tube. Yes I thought of that. I had some of these a long time ago, but the elastic band that goes around the tube gave out and I had to cut it away as they fell off the tube in my camera case. I'm thinking that would have been a better solution. Live and learn.

The super expensive Canon 15x50 IS binoculars. don't come with front objective covers, but these fit perfectly, are super cheap, and come with a spare. The string is of no use, but the microfiber cloth and dust brush are nice extras to have around.

I think these are good caps, but they keep falling off my case like they are too small. I don't think I could recommend these. I would spend the extra few bucks next time and get the Oylpus cap. Or whatever they are calling themselves now,
