First thing I noticed was how thin the metal was. Definitely not what I was expecting nor what I’ve have used in the past. It is steel and I can’t bend it by hand but it’s not made for entry security purposes. More like a show of strength. As one reviewer mentioned, it wouldn’t stop anyone with a good hammer. My plan for use will still work. Small 20â€X 20†stall ventilation windows. Just to keep them closed from wind with a carabiner. The black coating looks good and non magnetic stainless.

I wouldn't use these to protect anything of great value, but for my garden shed door to keep it closed they work fine. Every piece is made of flat sheet type metal even the part that holds the lock.

This hasp has a great finish quality and is easy to install if you have the right tools.Product comes with 6 screws and dry wall anchors. If you have a drill, and screw drivers, you can use them and install it easily.Hasp is made up on stainless steel and is fairly sturdy. But I would not use it for the main door or places that need to kept secured. I used it for my storage area/barn door to avoid from opening on its own because of winds.Overall, for the given price, I think it is a good product and based on the design and finish quality, it deserves appreciation.
