I’ve never been so frustrated with something that should be so simple. The Allen key sucks. But the cherry on top is after your finally finished screwing in with the impossible Allen key against a wall, come to find out the screw does even latch. Wonderful, try again and again and again. Nightmare

The item looks good and seems well made. The issue is with the install bracket. If you screw the bracket to the surface the set screw does not engage with the bracket. Be prepared to shim the bracket about 1/16" off the surface you are installing too. I installed and reinstalled the bracket about 6 times before I figured out the problem.

Very vague instructions on how to install. Overall the products seem well made, but I had a very hard time with the installation.

I love the look of these! I wish the little screws were easier to unscrew, or the Alan wrench wasn’t so cheap that it stripped the first use, but once I got past that and got the hang of how they work, it went smoothly on the rest of the installs! Very excited to get the other set up once the other bathroom is finished!
