If you can believe the ratings then they should be able to substitute for many different more specialized rectifiers. Provided of course that they will physically fit. I like the quick disconnect terminals. No soldering required to use them. One nut, a bolt, and a little heat sink compound, then you're good to go. I'm using one in a printer protector. So far so good.

I have two older battery chargers where the diodes went bad. I used these bridges to take the 14volt AC to DC+ out and they work great.

I needed one diode bridge to repair the AC outer unit. I had to buy five though. I won't use them for the rest of my life. One day, God will punish us for such waste.
