perfect little bags for my costway portable washer. I will use them as filter replacements. These should last a long, long time!I do not think these bags would be safe for boiling tea or anything you plan to put into your body (PBA). These work great for straining things, water especially, like a filter. For something like tea, they are way too big and nylon does melt at high temperatures.

At the end of the day, they work. but after using them a couple times, i realized i should try something else. They stain, the edges fray, and the cinch tie at the top tends to work itself loose as the hops expand.they're good to have on hand, but honestly i'd rather go back to cheese cloth or invest in a stainless mesh hop strainer.
