Ordered my original replacement, but when it arrived, Zenwater duplicated one stage, so not pleased with that. Have reached out twice to Zenwater and have not received a call back. Will try to e-mail now.***** UPDATE **** I got a response to my e-mail! Thank you ZenWater! They went beyond in customer service. They asked for a few details to make sure I ordered my replacement from them. They are sending me a replacement and another at no charge, for my inconvenience. The cartridge I received was a discontinued one from a prior generation. Thank you ZenWater!I am so glad they came through. I didn't expect a replacement. I just wanted to be sure they were aware of the situation, because I have really enjoyed the system. My health has improved using the ZenWater filtration system. Again, thank you ZenWater.

We have been using the Zen water treatment system for a few years now and love it. We used to just filter our water, which did remove most of the harmful components but it also made it bland. When we started adding back the minerals with the Zen, the flavor returned and the water quality is wonderful.

I just replaced the filter and it is still working great. Would say it is important to disassemble and clean regularly. It sure beats hauling huge water bottles in.
