Not assembled completely. I thought the lights would be attached to the garland. You have to twist it in yourself which may not necessarily be a bad thing if you want to create your own. Looks good on the mantel and adds a nice touch for st pattys day.

It's a cute decoration. But be aware that, while the written description is exact and true, the top picture shows it bigger--and with more lights--than it actually is and has. All lights are green though. The second picture is the most accurate--and you should base your decision on that second down picture. There are 16 shamrock lights. The picture with the mantel and the one with the three party-goers are totally out of proportion.
